Welcome to AcademyStack LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://academystack.com/ (the “Site”), as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on the Site. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Prohibited Activities

- Infringe on any intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
- Engage in any unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, spamming, or other forms of solicitation;
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful software;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Collect or harvest any information from the Services without our prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by AcademyStack LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Modify, copy, distribute, download, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Services without our prior written consent;
- Use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing our name or trademarks without our express written consent.
6. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Services, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimers
No Warranty
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AcademyStack LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AcademyStack LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any rights of another; and (iv) your User Content.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the California USA and the nation of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AcademyStack LLC regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such use.
Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
